FRIENDS

I love that show! I know..I know..everybody does. I wouldn't classify myself as one of those obsessed people who own every episode, but I sure wish I knew one of those people. I'd like to borrow them sometime. The DVD's not the person. Oh..okay..moving on. Everytime I watch that show,(and I'm sure this is a completely original thought)I can't help but think of the similarites of some of MY friends to the FRIENDS on the show. Not to brag or anything, but I have some really super cool friends! LOL I also have some not so super cool friends, who will remain nameless. In fact I fear for my saftey if I were to name ANY names. So lets just say..you know who you are, and if I left you out it's because there isn't a friend that could compare to you! :)

Chandler- I have a friend who is sooooo Chandler, that it's not even funny. Well, actually it is funny. I think it really is physically impossible for him to cry, but everybody loves him anyway. We all suspect that he really is a big teddy bear on the inside, and only cries behind closed doors into his pillow in the middle of the night when his brother's syphonic range of snoring drowns out the sound of his deep sobbing. We're all okay with that though, because there's enough crying done by other people in our circle. I may or may not be one of those people. This friend, let's just call him Chandler, can be slightly annoying at times, but let's face it, we wouldn't have near as much fun without him.

Ross- Unfortunately my group of friends is a little heavy in the female area. Okay, that sounded bad. I speak of gender, not of actual poundage. Is that a word? Anyway, I would have to say that our Ross is a female. Let's face it the real Ross came awfully close to being a female on the show. This person is smart and well..sorta nerdy, but warm and caring as well. She does have slightly better wit than Ross, I'll give her that. I'm not positive that she likes dinosaurs, but I wouldn't be surprised if she had a book or two on the subject. She's made some decisions in the Love department in her past that caused her pain, but she still believes in love in it's truest form. Because of that belief, I believe that she'll find it for real this time.

Rachel- Now this is a hard one, because I think I have a couple of friends that would fill this spot. I'd have to say the girl that's most like her is one that is warm and gentle, but can be a little ditzy at times, which makes us love her more. Though she is desperate for love, it seems to be going nowhere for her. She's a hard worker and is very career oriented. In fact she's the only person in our group that actually does what she went to school for. She's got a good sense of style and I've never seen her look thrown together. Don't you just hate those kinds of people? AHH!

Monica- Now this is an easy one. Momma. Everything we do is at her place. She will fight to the death in defense of any one of us. She's ambitous, but sometimes needs us to cheer her on to the fulfillment of her dreams. She hasn't found love yet, but when she does it will probably be right there under her nose, way better than she ever dreamed, and an example of love for all of us to follow.

Hmmm...let's see who's left? Oh yeah..Joey!

Joey- Wow..hadn't gone that far in my brain. Let's see..Like I said..we have a lot of girls. LOL I think this one would have to be a girl too. Okay, I know it's hard to picture Joey as a girl, but try anyway. This girl is really beautiful. I mean that totally in a NON-lesbian kind of way. (I'm making this clear for certain friends who seem to have a problem with my wording when speaking about those of the same sex.)Anyway, this friend also is somehow very INdependent and very DEpendent at the same time. She can handle herself within her comfort zone, but needs a home base. If she doesn't get married soon, I could totally see her living in the garage apartment above "Monica and mystery man's" new house. She has a huge heart, and can also be a little ditzy at times. Frankly there a lot of people in our circle like that. I may or may not be one of those people as well.

Okay...last one.Phew..this blog is forever long.

Phoebe- Is that how you spell her name? Oh..who really cares at this point? Our Phoebe eats strange food, dresses really cool, but totally her own style, and though she doesn't play a musical instrument or sing, she would totally make up silly songs. That had to be a run-on sentence. I'm making a new rule. On my blog..I'm allowed to use 15 commas in a single sentence. Okay, well..back to Phoebe. She's had lots of boyfriends and has given her heart away alot. She hasn't had the easiest life, but somehow it made her into this beautiful, exciting person. Yes, she also has her ditzy moments, and perhaps they happen slightly more often than the other ditzy people in the group, but did I mention that we love her for that?

Okay, now that you've heard way too much about my friends, you have to admit there are some similarites. They make me laugh, they LET me cry, and I couldn't care about a bunch of people any more if you paid me to.
